The election is upon us. Finally! It will be an end to all the trash talk, the never ending commercials and yard signs that litter our beautiful town. At the day’s end, I believe if you step outside you’ll hear a soft, yet audible sigh of relief as it floats slowly into the darkening sky.
Ahhh….relief!
Now on to more important things!! Like the HOLIDAYS!!
Soon the smell of roasting turkey, cinnamon and pine garland will be wafting through the halls. We’ll be snug by the fireplace in our cozy PJ’s, sipping hot cocoa from our favorite cup.
And don’t forget snow! Snowmen, snow angles and of course snow ball fights will abound. (Uh…along with scraping windshields, dead batteries and getting stuck in the snow).
Okay…let’s not think about that part.
